We Are Caring Pte Ltd is an employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).

Why housing helpers at a hotel?

At We Are Caring, we consider that helpers should stay at a proper accommodation if they temporarily cannot stay at the employer’s house.

Until now, we have not found any suitable lodging for helpers: very often the food is restricted, without a proper ventilation system, mattresses are very slim etc. Therefore we decided to come up with our own solution to address the needs of families and helpers: a comfortable place with AC, wifi, three meals a day and a respectful environment. We partner with the hotel on a yearly basis and we are confident that the level of service for helpers is unmatched in Singapore.

Can I book a bed for my helper even if I didn’t use your agency to hire her?

Yes, you can still book a bed for your helper even if you did not use our agency We Are Caring to hire her.

Can my helper pay for the lodging instead of me?

Only employers are allowed to pay for a lodging in Singapore. As an employment agency licensed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), we cannot charge helpers for temporary accommodation.

Where is your lodging located?

The hotel is located near Kallang MRT. We will share the exact address by email once the booking is completed.

Until what time can my helper check in?

Your helper must arrive at the hotel before 8 pm for the initial check-in.

Do I have to arrange the transportation to the hotel?

Yes. We do not provide any transportation service.

Do you provide any refunds?

We do provide refunds with 24 hours’ notice. Therefore, we refund all unused nights except 1 night to ensure sufficient notice.

How do I change my booking?

Do you have any availability for a bed from X to Y?

If you can select the dates in the calendar above, we have an available bed for your helper. You should make the booking to secure the bed on a first come, first served basis.

How to make the payment?

Once you select the dates and click on ‘Book now’, you can then fill out the form and use the credit card to pay online for an instant confirmation.

Is the helper still under my responsibility?

Yes, you are still her official employer. We are only providing suitable accommodation for your helper, with 3 meals a day, as a temporary arrangement.
